Free 8×10 From CVS – Dec. 24th Last Day

Read about this free 8×10 over at The Wife at Home. The code is ENLARGE and this offer expires TODAY, so hurry on over. If you are new to CVS, you can also get 50 free prints.

Except NOW I know why I normally don't take advantage of these deals. I started a folder on my computer for digital photos I want to have printed out, but I only had three photos. I knew which one I wanted to reprint as an 8×10, but then I wanted to have some 4x6s printed out. It took me about three hours to figure out which ones, and to play around with them in Photoshop, and finally get them uploaded and ordered. Whew! I was up until almost midnight, ordering photos. Thank goodness I chose to take the day off and stay home today.

If you are fortunate enough to own Photoshop CS2 (or higher version), definitely go over to The Pioneer Woman's Photography blog and download her two action sets. They are awesome and FREE.

  1. I don’t know what it is about the digital age. Now that we have the capabilities to alter our photos at home we just never seem to get around to it. I guess the CVS deadline gave us both the swift kick in the bottom that we needed.

Lesson I learned: Pick a day once a month to upload and edit recent photos.

Thanks for referring back to my blog. Have a great Christmas and enjoy your photos. CVS called me today to come and get them and the store clerk said that there is not a processing charge. Woohoo…truly free.

  2. Hi Hadias, my husband went by and picked up the pictures I ordered, too. I have been trying to put up one or two pictures on the walls. I have lots of frames I’ve bought from yard sales, but never get around to hanging them. I am supposed to upload and print out photos for my employer also – I took pictures of our client Christmas party. Have a Merry Christmas!
