September 2009 Gardening

My garden is still producing.  The watermelon plants have done wonderfully, and I was able to harvest a watermelon a couple of days ago. It is a Malali watermelon. So far this is the largest one, although I believe this variety is supposed to be 10-15 pounds. It came in just under 5 pounds, at 4 pounds 14 ounces. Transferring Balances

On August 16th I said, “I am going to make a point this month to transfer two credit cards over to another one that is offering 0% interest until May 2010. I am tempted to go with the 2.99% interest for one year… but will probably go with the 0% offer. August 2009 Monthly Report

Last month we decided Mr. A would begin using his business credit card for gasoline purchases, so we came in just under my estimate for gasoline for my vehicle.  Mr. A's truck is used almost exclusively for his business so we shouldn't really count the money we pay for gasoline as personal expenses.
