I remembered not posting the March monthly report, but I can’t believe I forgot February’s, too!
At any rate, here are the reports from both months.
We went over in March due to a car repair, and the grocery budget was way over the top. Let me direct your attention to the “Dining” portion … click here to continue reading February and March 2010 Monthly Report

Okay, we were under budget on a lot of items. I always like seeing that gasoline amount come in under budget, and no major car repairs.
We went over budget on Beauty/Sundries by $9.96. The main item to push me over in this category is the purchase of the Shikai lotion … click here to continue reading January 2010 Monthly Report

I never got around to reporting in December on our credit card debt. In November the total was $23,775.36 and at the end of January it was $23,645.68. It has gone down $129.68 in two months. Yet again, while I wish it was going down faster, at least it is going down … click here to continue reading Credit Card Report January 2010

And then it turned … click here to continue reading November 2009 Monthly Report

October 2009 Monthly Report
The month of October really got away from me. Auto expenses were high: I had to buy new tires for my vehicle ($346), and we had to replace the fuel pump in Mr. A’s work truck ($257). Somehow, gasoline was $135.79 lower than it usually is.

I am so pleased with the September report. I was ready to post this report early in October, but I scheduled it for later in the month after I’ve paid the monthly payments to the credit cards.
We were under budget in many departments. Gasoline was $100 under budget, we … click here to continue reading September 2009 Monthly Report

Mr. A’s truck is used almost exclusively for his business so we shouldn’t really count the money we pay for gasoline as personal … click here to continue reading August 2009 Monthly Report
