Balance Transferring Update

I'm bummed. With all the balance transfer cards I applied for, I didn't do it right, and I've still got a Chase card at 14.99%. I paid off my FIA card, and it currently has an offer to transfer up to $10,200. I was jazzed about that, but then I realized there is no cap on the 3% transfer fee. I need to transfer almost $8000.
