$20K Line of Credit, Use It or Lose It?

I need some more advice this morning, if you've got the time to offer your two cents. Mr. A's business checking account came with a $20,000 line of credit. We have advertising in the Yellow Book and Yellow Pages, on his websites, business cards, Craigslist, four newspapers, all using the one phone number. I thought everyone knew about these things, and it is heartbreaking when you hear that no, everyone doesn't know.
