$20K Line of Credit, Use It or Lose It?

I need some more advice this morning, if you've got the time to offer your two cents. Mr. A's business checking account came with a $20,000 line of credit. Currently Mr. A's cell phone is his business line. We have advertising in the Yellow Book and Yellow Pages, on his websites, business cards, Craigslist, four newspapers, all using the one phone number. I thought everyone knew about these things, and it is heartbreaking when you hear that no, everyone doesn't know. On a much lesser scale, I feel like I fell for the Free Credit Report scam just last week. Shoot, I should have known better!!
