I’ve been meaning to join in with the other bloggers who are helping donate money to Haiti. The photos and news coverage is just so heartbreaking. So far I’ve helped Haiti by donating my rewards from our Discover credit card.
Today I pledge to donate $1 for each comment to this post until February 14th.
I also want to share some links around the personal finance blogosphere regarding Haiti.

- Mr. Credit Card is donating one dollar for each comment on his post: Haiti Aid, Comment, Blog and Mr. Credit Card will match. Mr. Credit also shares the credit card companies that are helping consumers donate. Mr. Credit Card will also donate $5 if you blog about his Haiti Aid page (confirmed by email today 2-1).
- Mrs. Money is donating $1 for each new RSS subscriber, as well as fifty cents for each comment to her post Helping Haiti $1 at a Time .
- Kevin Martineua – Help for Haiti Challenge – his original goal was to reach $250 but only got to $94 so this is a new challenge to try and reach that goal.

great post, i really feel for haiti, it is horrible what happened to them, and it is amazing all the help they are getting.
When India had it’s earthquake in Gujerat the international community provided massive aid to help those who suffered in the earthquake ,Will india do the same for Haiti.
Nature is completely and utterly indifferent to us. Haiti was just nature doing what it has been doing for billions of years, and there is little to nothing we can do about it.
