 Today Tightwad from Tightwad Blog and I are exchanging question and answer posts. After you read her answers here, go over to her site and read my answers. Yesterday I mentioned that I had hoped to earmark some of our tax refund for a new washing machine. I was planning to spend $400 on this one on Memorial Day weekend: Maytag MVWC500VW 3.5 Cu Ft Top Load Washer. On Saturday I was going over our finances, paying bills, etc. I used to allow DirecTV to take the money directly from my checking account, but after some problem with the auto-payment I now have the payment being pulled from a credit [CLICK TO CONTINUE...] I had this vague memory of posting here at my blog about getting three new satellite boxes from DirecTV but I cannot find the post! I guess I never posted about it. Okay, so the back story first. A couple of months ago I wanted to watch a Pay Per View movie.
