Getting Your Credit Report, The Old-Fashioned Way

I’m sure everyone knows by now that we are entitled to our free credit reports (not the score) through AnnualCreditReport.com.

But what if you don’t have a computer and can’t go online? My mom doesn’t have a computer and asked if I could check her report today. We went through the steps, but come to find out they don’t have her on record. I looked through the site for the information she needs to call or apply by USPS mail.

I thought it would be handy to have the information all in one place, if I need it again. So this post is more for my own “second brain” purposes than anything else.

Great tips for us rural folks and those that have to care for prior generations. Thanks! This one deserved a stumble too. :)
