Visitors in the Garden

When I got home from work today I went out to check on the garden. One of our cats was in the garden, hunting what looked to be a Curve-Billed Thrasher. Between Mr. A and I, we were able to catch him and set him free. This means there is a way into the garden for both birds, and cats. Drat! Gardening and Blazing Speeds!

I'm heading out to see if I can get my seeds planted. I usually overwhelm myself and try to get EVERYTHING started that I want, but I told myself this morning as I was milking that I would only plant a few things and I can plant again in two weeks. High Speed Internet !!

A husband and wife team arrived this morning shortly after 8am to install our new Internet service. By 9:30 they were done and off the property. AJ and I performed upload and download speed tests at toast.net before our service was switched. As I mentioned in an earlier post, upload speeds are typically much slower than the download. Our upload speed is almost three times as fast. Our download speed (wow, pages load sooooo fast now!) is four times faster.… Read the rest
