I have one TurboTax Deluxe Federal and State Return card to giveaway. The card does not state anywhere on it but I believe the value is $50. The instructions on the card state 1) You must prepare your tax return online at turbotax.com 2) In the Print and File section, when you get to the screen titled “Review your TurboTax Fees” click on the link at the bottom of the page that says “Enter Pre-Paid Code” and 3) enter the Pre-Paid tax code on the card. This code is good for one free federal + state preparation and e-file with TurboTax Deluxe Online 2009. This code can only be redeemed once and is only valid through the 2009 tax season.
I used TaxCut last year, and wanted to stay with the same program this year, plus we are doing more than one tax return. The short story is I have no use for this card so I’m giving it away to one of my readers.
This is going to be a quick contest, since tax season is upon us! Here are the rules:
1) You must be an RSS subscriber. Subscribe to my feed and let me know in the comments that you have subscribed, or leave a comment that you are already a subscriber.
2) You must leave a comment stating why you haven’t done your taxes yet.
You must complete these two requirements in order to have a chance at winning. I will choose the winner randomly.
The contest ends on Thursday April 1st, 2010 at midnight Arizona time. I will notify the winner on Friday April 2nd. PLEASE NOTE: The winner has 24 hours to respond and then I will choose another winner. I will be mailing the card on Tuesday April 6th by First Class Mail.
WELL, Ellen, since you are the ONLY person who was interested in this card, you are the winner! I will contact you by email. BTW, your first comment got hung up in my spam filter, but I found it and approved it. I’m glad you checked back again! Congratulations!
