Do You Pick Up Coins?

Mrs. Micah tweeted about a New York family that picks up coins and blogs about it. In 3 years of tracking, they found over $1000. Wow. Year Four started on October 9th, 2008 and as of Tuesday the 3rd of February, they've found $55.09. That's pretty amazing. Mr. A finds dimes – almost every day he finds one. Sometimes he'll find quarters for a few days in a row. I think it's because he's looking out for change lying around.… Read the rest

Homemade Clothes Soap Recipe Using Fels Naptha, Washing Soda and Borax

Last week my boss brought me the recipe that her daughter is using. I looked around the ‘net for the recipe, just to see if there were any other variations and I found plenty. I found that Trent over at The Simple Dollar makes his own laundry detergent and provided a tutorial here.
