I promised that I would let you know as soon as I knew, whether my rates had been raised, and if I'd been charged a late fee.

1. I was charged a late fee. However, the very polite young man I spoke with said he was tagging my account for a review, and asking for the late charge to be reversed. He said I should see the reversal within 2-3 days.

2. My rates did not change.
