I finally got a chance today to start on our income taxes. It looks like, mercifully, we will not owe too much money. Under $100 so far to federal. I still need to go through and get Mr. A’s mileage completed for last year (ack!) but I put in an estimate of miles and hopefully it will be be close. I also need to comb through my checking and credit card accounts one more time and make sure I haven’t forgotten any expenses. I am going to be so happy next year come tax time, since we will have been using Quickbooks Pro all year long and it’s going to be a piece of cake to do our taxes.
I haven’t done the state tax part yet. I’m going to wait on that, maybe work on it tomorrow.
