		<description>Funny - apparently yes, they sure did it.  LOL, that would sure make Mr. A happy to get back that money.  INSCO is working hard to get him covered for those months that he wasn&#039;t. The thing is, he never went back to the doctor after January... so I wonder if we could just tell them to pay us back for February to September... hmmm... thanks for the thought!</description>

		<description>Holy mackerel! How is that even &lt;i&gt;possible&lt;/i&gt;? They can retroactively terminate you EVEN THOUGH they&#039;ve been grabbing your COBRA payments?

Surely that&#039;s illegal. If they don&#039;t clear this up in a few days, I&#039;d call the state insurance commission. At the very least, they owe you all the back COBRA money--plus interest.</description>
