LOL, that would sure make Mr. A happy to get back that money. INSCO is working hard to get him covered for those months that he wasn't. The thing is, he never went back to the doctor after January... so I wonder if we could just tell them to pay us back for February to September... hmmm... thanks for the thought! How is that even <i>possible</i>? They can retroactively terminate you EVEN THOUGH they've been grabbing your COBRA payments? Surely that's illegal. If they don't clear this up in a few days, I'd call the state insurance commission. At the very least, they owe you all the back COBRA money--plus interest. Holy mackerel! How is that even possible?
