I checked out your blog and look forward to reading more about your garden! What kinds of recipes are you using for your eggplant harvest? Do you know about AmpleHarvest.org? If you have too much eggplant, hopefully there is a food pantry nearby that you can donate. The Lavender Touch eggplants were delicious. My plants are still doing well, but the production has dropped due to the heat. I know they will start producing again in a couple months when it cools down.
