Welcome and thank you for stopping by my blog. The eggplant taste just like a normal eggplant, I really love them as I can choose to have a couple of small ones for a meal instead of having to cook up a big one. I think they are more tender than the bigger ones, too. I had to toss the pickles, they were too salty. I'm doing a second batch though, and I think they are turning out this time. I really should do some price checking to see how much organic vegetables are selling for at this time of year. That would be a good comparison post! Thanks for your comments!
