One of my friends is a foster mother and one child who came to her as a baby had been born to a couple where one or both was mentally challenged. When the baby cried and they couldn't get him to stop, they shook him. They didn't know better. They didn't mean to hurt him. But a perfect little baby ended up with shaken baby syndrome. I really hope the couple you saw can get some kind of help. I’m sad, just thinking about the baby that will come into that situation.
