April Garden Update

My garden is doing so wonderfully! I planted sunflower seeds about ten days ago and eight of them have come up. I'm hoping to see one more pop out. They are the gigantic sunflowers so they have to be planted eighteen inches apart. I was sick on Wednesday (food poisoning) and am still feeling worn out and weak so I don't think I'll get around to my zinnia bed this weekend as planned. Hopefully next weekend. Owe Taxes and Didn’t File An Extension?

Whooo boy… one of my coworkers is in this boat. He had someone come into his house and help him get his home organized, and this included filing his paperwork.  On April 15th he discovered he didn't know where the person filed his tax information!  The person was in Oregon and didn't remember filing any tax paperwork, so my coworker ended up doing nothing that day, not even filing an extension!!   I guess he didn't know that he could have… Read the rest

Darn it!  I thought I'd get that great package deal for $34.95 (plus shipping and handling) but as it turns out the catalog I was viewing was two years old! Don’t Stress About Your Taxes, File An Extension

In one of June Walker's recent tidbits she implores you to not stress out about getting your taxes done, just file an extension.  Then you'll have until October 15th, 2009 to get them done.
