		<description>Funny - good question!  The simple answer is no.  The lettuce must be mature in order to go to seed or to bolt.  :-) As long as I keep the babies watered, they should be okay.  I anticipate they will have leaves 6&quot; to 8&quot; long within a month, and it will begin to cool down by then.  You can only get this seed mix at Pinetree&#039;s website or I guess you could call it in.  500 seeds per packet at $1.10.  It&#039;s better to order all your seeds at once, since shipping is $3.50 for $0 to $19.99.  Let&#039;s see... even if a person paid for the one packet, $3.50 shipping, that&#039;s $4.60 for 500 seeds.  If we anticipate planting only half those seeds, that&#039;s 250 heads of leaf lettuce for $4.60.  Not even two cents per head!  Radishes are simple to grow, so order a pack of them, too.  :-)</description>
