[...] Now prior to working out on my Total Gym, I would have had to take a break and sit down every fifteen minutes. But not this day, I had plenty of strength to work for several hours, and I wasn’t stiff with pain the next day, either. Usually I’m quite a wimp when it comes to physical labor, but I definitely had much more strength.
Thank you SO much for sharing your story. Just as Anon said above, I too feel like 90, and am 47, soon to be 48. Presently I am not working, and just feel awful!

This morning, I decided to eliminate the caffeine, airy and gluten from my diet. I am into the evening now, and cannot believe I survived, but am so thankful for your links, an info.

Dear Anon - I am using the vitamin protocol suggested by Dr. Rind: http://www.drrind.com/adrensupport.asp. I looked at the recommendation sheet and did not order the ones I do not think I needed to be taking. For example, I sleep very well so I didn't get any of the sleep aids. I invested in Basic Cell Energy, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Cytozyme AD, Pregnenolone, Digestive Enzymes, Magnesium. I also prefer Blue Ice Cod Liver Oil (best quality for least cost per "serving", the Cinnamon flavored is my favorite and I hated CLO as a child). I hope you can help yourself, too. I am also started on thyroid supplements from http://www.drrons.com/organs-glands.htm. I'm taking the thryoid with liver supplement, as well as the Sea Vegetables Plus from this page: http://www.drrons.com/6-top-formulas.htm. I am also attempting to follow the Nourishing Traditions way of eating.

This is a Godsend! I was eating out tonight with family, and could barely focus. I told my mom, I must have "adrenal exhaustion." I don't even know what it is, but now I come home, and this is the first thing I read!!! Whoa!<br/><br/>I am 46 years old, and feel like 90. I am not even working right now, and feel like a complete mess. Once I get some rest I will read this article more clearly!!
