Adding a FavIcon to Your Site


Did you ever wonder how people add a tiny little icon up on the address bar that represents their website? They are called FavIcons. Here is the site I used to create mine:

The only thing is the site directs you to a site that will turn your image into an icon (.ico) file, but I just made mine in Photoshop and saved it as a .gif. I actually tried using the .ico file, but Blogger wouldn’t let me upload it because it wasn’t a .jpg, .gif or .png file.

Neat, huh?!
